Why is there no prices listed for services?

In order to give you the correct price for services, a salesman has to first see everything in person. Once in person, they assess the situation and give you a fair price. There is never an exact copy of a service. Size, type, and location are all taken into consideration when a salesman gives you an estimate.

How fast can I get an estimate after filling out the form?

Our phones, website, social medias, and emails are constantly being monitored to ensure the quickest answer back to our clients. Within 24 hours a representative will reach out to you to set up a time and date for your estimate.

Do the workers or salesman have to come inside our home?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every Silverback employee is prohibited from entering a home. The estimate will take place where you need the service done at. Whether it's in your front porch or backyard, no one will ever set foot inside your home.

How soon after I receive an estimate can you start?

Accepted Answer

After you are given an estimate, a crew can be at your home within hours to start working. If that is too soon, you can schedule a time and date with your salesman of when you would like for the work to start.

How is payment made?

Our clients can pay in a variety of ways. Debit or Credit cards with a 3.5% fee, Zelle, Cash, and checks are all accepted.
