Never. Every Silverback employee is prohibited from entering a home. The estimate will take place where you need the service done at. Whether it's in your front porch or backyard, no one will ever set foot inside your home.
After you are given an estimate, a crew can be at your home within hours to start working. If that is too soon, you can schedule a time and date with your salesman of when you would like for the work to start.
Our clients can pay in a variety of ways. Debit or Credit cards with a 3.5% fee, Zelle, Cash, and checks are all accepted.
